At Memories Lane Canvas, we're more than just a canvas printing company - we're a team of artists, designers and creatives who are passionate about helping you tell your story. Our small business journey started in New Zealand in 2020- and since then have worked with thousands of customers from not only New Zealand & Australia- but also globally!
Starting simple with our Original Custom Canvas Collection, we quickly grew in popularity as Our Digital Portrait Canvas became our best seller.
We are now seen as "The Best in the Game" and have reached over 350,000 viewers on Tiktok. We have learnt that every customer is unique, so we, ensuring that we have products tailored to each taste and budget. We take pride in each and every single Canvas we print- unlike the big companies where printing is done in mass.
Each image uploaded is carefully checked by our team and if necessecery we remaster the image to ensure you are receiving the best possible outcome! We work alongside local suppliers to ensure you receive the Highest Quality Canvas- and each item is received Stretched, Framed & Ready to Hang in your home.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are you still taking Christmas Bookings?
Yes- our team are all prepped and ready to go for the Christmas Season, and are still accepting orders and working round the clock throughout the holiday season with no planned leave or weekends off.
Our standard time frames are listed on each product, so please see these for details.
We will try our absolute best to get all orders to you before Christmas and are working to beat these timeframes, however sometimes this may not be possible and there may be delays which are out of our control.
For all orders leading up to Christmas - we have a special e-card template we will send out to you also incorporating your design, so you are able to print to show this to your loved one on Christmas Day if there are any delays with shipping and you have not received your product.
We also recommend ordering a "Digital File" if you are pressed for time. This will be a copy that you can take to a print shop and print yourse

Are my photos good enough to use?
Our Team are extremely talented - and can work with any image.
Please choose carefully before selecting photos- we have a strict policy that you are unable to change the photo once selected. However, for an additional fee we can do this.
We understand that sometimes it is not possible to have the best resolution image- for example, loved ones who have passed away many years ago.
Please be aware- when you use an older, low resolution image, the results may not be as clear as if you are using a high resolution image.
Please choose carefully before selecting photos- we have a strict policy that you are unable to change the photo once selected. However, for an additional fee we can do this.

How long will shipping take?
Our shipping time varies- you will find accurate information on each product page!
For our Custom Digital Designs, we aim to get these completed within 3-5 Business Days. Once the design is finalised, please allow 5-7 business days for orders within New Zealand to Arrive, and 7-10 business days for International Orders.

We have teamed up with local suppliers- so your canvas will be printed in your country of origin- in order to cut down on shipping times (and costs for you).
Sometimes due to factors outside our control these times may vary. Please be kind- we are a very small business, and we are getting through your orders as fast as possible
Where is my order?
We have created an order tracker- please click here to access it.
If it is a custom design, this will go straight to our talented team of designers. Once the work is completed, we will contact you via email to check over the work (if stated in the product listing that we do this.
Once your order is in production, you will receive an email update saying the product is being printed.
Finally, you will get an updated email with a tracking number for your shipped courier number.
We are working on ways to have this information more easily accesible on our website. Please make sure you are carefully reading shipping times mentioned in the listing.
What is the difference between a Digital Copy and a Canvas?
Our Canvas Prints are High Quality, Genuine Canvas. These are streched on a frame, and are ready to hang in your home.
A Digital File is a high resolution file of your design- and is NOT a physical product.
If you order this, you will receive this file via a Google Drive Link. You can then take this image to get printed at any reputable print shop.
The dimensions of this will be rectangular (likely 2:3 Ratio) and the resolution will allow you to print. We recommend taking to your print ship ahead of time to see their guidelines for resolution to determine the size to print.Can you combine photos to make a new portrait?
Absolutley- this is what we are best known for! You might have seen our videos on tiktok or social media.
